Please note that deleting your Fillout account cannot be undone. Account deletion will remove your entire organization, which includes workspaces, forms, respondent submissions, collaborators’ forms and unsubscribe you from email notifications.
Only the account owner can delete their own account and they have to downgrade first if they’re on a paid plan.

How to delete your account

Delete all forms, apps, and databases

Before proceeding with account deletion, you need to remove all forms, apps, and databases. This includes emptying the trash so everything is fully cleared.

Go to account settings

Click your Account name on the upper left corner followed by Settings.
If you need to just change the email you use, head over to account settings.

Leave organization

Scroll down to Leave organization. This will automatically delete your account.Screenshot 2025-12-11 at 5.24.37 PM.pngType LEAVE ORGANIZATION in the popup window to confirm.
If you decide to come back to Fillout, you can create a new account using the same email address you used before.

Reset your password

Change for security reasons or to regain account access.

Organizations

Create organizations for different companies with the same email.

Workspaces

Organize forms in folders and control user access.
