How to enable RTL feature
First, click from the top right corner to open form settings.
Language and enable Right to left.
Publish your form to make the changes reflect.

Right to left forms
Hebrew, Pashto, Arabic, Persian, and Urdu are commonly written from right to left (RTL). Make surveys or forms aligned in the right-to-left direction.
