Collect national and international addresses in your forms. Optionally add Google Maps Autocomplete.
How to add an address field
Let respondents enter their physical mailing address with separate input boxes for the street address, city, state/province, and postal code. Simply drag the Address field from the left-hand panel.
Optionally allow users to choose a Country. Click the settings icon to open the right-hand panel and turn off the Fixed country switch.
Use Google Maps Autocomplete
Increase conversion rates and address accuracy by enabling Google Maps Autocomplete. Click the address field followed by the settings icon and toggle the Address autocomplete switch in the right-hand panel at the bottom.

Mapping to Airtable, Notion and other databases
Select an integration
Click Integrate in top menu and choose Airtable, Notion or another database. In this example, we’ll use Airtable.
Add an Address field
Click Edit in the top menu. In the left-hand panel under Other, click Address.
Map fields
Go back to the Integrate page. Under Mappings, reference Airtable column fields from the left to Fillout form fields in the right.
